The Kuzushi Ju Jitsu Group's aim is to develop and advance and the martial art of Ju Jitsu. To this end the Kuzushi Ju Jitsu group is part of the International Bujutsu University under it's founder, Yamaue Soke 10th Dan and his Uchi-deshi student, Phil Blackburn, Chief Instructor of the International Bujutsu University UK.

What is Ju Jitsu?
Ju Jitsu, loosely translated, means "science of softness" or "gentle art". The soft grappling style was intended to help unarmed soldiers to fight against armed enemies in any way possible, using the least amount of force necessary. Ju Jitsu was the primary unarmed combat method of the Samurai and many other martial arts are modern day descendents of Ju Jitsu.
